REMEMBER: To officially register your school, Æðµã´«Ã½MUN must receive both the registration form and initial school registration fee by the early or final registration deadlines. After receiving both registration and your school registration payment, delegation assignments will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. Æðµã´«Ã½MUN is unable to issue assignments until both items are received.
The school registration fee is $75, due 5 December 2025. All other fees are due 30 January 2026.
Other fees:
- $75Â each Delegation (General Assembly country)
- $75Â each individual delegate
- $45Â each additional Faculty Advisors, after the first free Faculty Advisor.
- $80 late registration surcharge, after 5 December 2025’
Payments are accepted by check or credit card. Make checks payable to Æðµã´«Ã½ Model United Nations. Credit card payments should be made on the website registration page.
To ensure your school's name badges are ready at registration, please use the link to fill out a form in which you can enter your delegates' names.
Name badge requests received by the 30 January 2026 submission deadline will have their name badges ready the day of the conference registration on 12 February 2026. If new name badge requests and/or additional requests are submitted to correct delegate assignments, name spellings, or for any other reason after the deadline, Æðµã´«Ã½MUN cannot guarantee name badges at conference registration.
Name badges directly reflect the information provided to us. Please ensure correct name spelling, represented country/organization/person, and committee. Æðµã´«Ã½MUN will reprint name badges for a fee after initial badges are distributed.

| 5 December 2025: Final Registration & Fee |
A completed registration form and the school registration fee of $75 are due by 5 December 2025 .  or by school check. An $80 late fee will be applied to all registrations received after 5 December 2025 . |
| 30 January 2026: All payments due and request for refund deadline |
All remaining balances for delegates, delegations, additional faculty advisors, and late fees must be received by 30 January 2026 .  or by school check. |
| January 31Â 2025: Name badge request deadline |
Your school's final list of delegate and faculty advisor names for name badges are due by January 31, 2025. Submit your badge requests using the excel file sent to the faculty advisor(s) on file to Æðµã´«Ã½MUNC@gmail.com. Name Badge Request Form |
